Job Summary

There are three core elements to this role:

Relationship Management - aligned to business areas working with Executive Committee members and their senior teams to deliver all people related aspects of the business strategy
Project Management - including leading and supporting on People Plan related activities across Gatehouse Bank
Specialism - taking on a lead role in either people related risks or reward

Key responsibilities

  • To provide insight and counsel to Executive Committee members and their senior teams, on people issues within the business area adding value and ensuring they deliver against their business strategy
  • To partner with business leaders on identifying and addressing strategic workforce issues
  • To ensure an effective Organisation Design and operating structure is in place, taking action where required
  • Work closely with the Talent & Development Partner and People Operations Partner and team to identify and support areas of focus

Skills required

  • CIPD qualified to Associate level, or to equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated professional HR support experience
  • Understanding of operational processes within a financial service environment
  • Experienced in recognising potential conflicts and acknowledging where guidance and support is required
