Institutional Wealth Management includes structured products and fund management, catering primarily to a client base of Islamic institutional investors and sophisticated quasi-institutional investors.

The Institutional Wealth Management team will focus initially on two key business areas:

1)  Long-only, asset-based funds, including:

  • Real estate
  • Private equity
  • Commodities
  • Infrastructure
     

2)  Structured products – proprietary products as well as those purchased by
     Gatehouse for distribution on a white-labelling basis, including:

  • Exchange traded funds
  • Synthetic derivative structures using a variety of bases, including indices as well as single stocks

Nooman HaqueNooman joined Gatehouse after spending three years with Deloitte & Touche as a director in the Investment Funds Group providing strategic and financial advice for fund clients. He focused in particular on Islamic finance products, as well as developing operational structures for funds and implementing new structures for alternative asset classes.
