Capital Markets and Syndicated Islamic Financings activities focus on arranging and structuring Sukuk issues, as well as bank market facilities, including asset finance and corporate finance.
At Gatehouse, this will include:
- Fund raising for clients, both in and out of the GCC
- Sukuk instruments
- Syndicated financings into the Islamic banking market
- Corporate and Asset Finance, including real estate financings, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs

Lee Sims
Lee Sims joined Gatehouse in August 2007. He has more than 15 years of experience in a Treasury environment, holding senior positions in London at Chase Manhattan Bank, ING and Danske Bank (as Global Chief Dealer), and joined Gatehouse after 5 years as Group Treasurer for Ahli United Bank in Bahrain.
